Here are some ways to Implement Affirmations into you Life;
Morning and Evening Affirmations:
Begin and end your day with a set of positive affirmations. You can say them to yourself in the mirror while getting ready for your day and again in the evening when getting ready for bed. I love to do mirror affirmations, I feel a deeper sincerity when I look at myself. You can also do these right from bed, 1st thing when you wake up and again before curling up to sleep. The key here is to repeat them to yourself upon waking up and before going to bed, allowing the positive energy to envelop your day.
3-6-9 Affirmation Journaling:
Write down your affirmations in a journal dedicated to your self-care journey. You will focus on a single powerful affirmation throughout the day. You start in the morning by writing your affirmation 3 times, in the afternoon you will write it 6 times and again in the evening writing in 9 times. Choosing to take time out to write in your journal how the daily affirmation resonates with you. This practice not only helps you internalize the positive statements but also serves as a tangible record of your progress.
Meditation and Mindfulness:
Integrate affirmations into your meditation and mindfulness practices. As you focus on your breath and still your mind, silently repeat your chosen affirmations, allowing them to resonate deeply within you. On occasional mornings I play recorded affirmations, this is one of my favorite ways to end my daily meditation. Some days I just silently repeating the affirmations as my meditation!
